J. Transfer Certificate (TC)
Transfer Certificates are issued by the school office on written request by the parent/guardian after settlement of all dues. The standard processing time is 7 working days. TC issued by Modern English School, Kellur is countersigned by the Block Education Officer where applicable, and is valid for admission to any CBSE, ICSE or State Board school.
Parents may verify the authenticity of a TC by writing to info@meswayanad.org with the student's name, class, year of leaving and TC number.
K. Grievance Redressal
Modern English School has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee in line with CBSE guidelines. Parents, students and staff may submit grievances through the following channels:

- For child-protection / POCSO concerns: directly to the Child Protection Committee Convenor at the school.
- For unresolved CBSE-related grievances: CBSE SARAS Portal.
All grievances are acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 15 working days, except where statutory timelines apply.
